What is a health and wellness coach?
Health Coach Kat is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through habit and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet and a way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualised wellness programmes to meet their clients needs and help guide them to a happy and balanced life they deserve.
As a Coach I offer 1-to-1 private programmes for you. This is about tailoring a specific programme to fit YOU and making sure you feel comfortable from the start.

We go through your health history and understand YOU, what habits you have in your life, and work on life goals. This is a one hour session. It is in this session that we decide together the next steps, and potentially look into a program that is tailored to you. Or this may just be the wake up call you need.
Consultation cost = £100 per session for 1 hour
Individual sessions – £85 per hour
Health coaching programmes
Once we have set out a roadmap of our goals together, we arrange four 60 minute coaching sessions to take place once a week over the course of a month. Within the sessions we work toward achieving your goals.
Coaching programme for 1 month this includes 4 x 1 hour sessions
We understand your goals, and establish new ones together. We have 2 sessions per month with each session lasting 60 minutes (or for cooking sessions we may have to do two hour sessions and meet once a month). and taking place every two weeks. Coaching and communication is kept at an optimum between sessions through email to ensure that we are both fully focused on your path to a healthy balanced life.
Coaching programme for 3 months this includes 6 x 1 hour sessions
- You let me know a few things about yourself and how you would ideally like to eat. You then let me have your food ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’.
- I will shop for seasonal healthy ingredients and we will create 3 simple but nutritional dishes tailored to you
- The sessions are usually 2.5 hours long and include ingredients.
- Take home 2 dishes for that evening
- Take home recipe sheets for what you made on the day
- You will get a smoothie and a light meal
*Cooking coaching includes all the above (including ingredients) with unlimited drinks and a healthy snack on the day = £150 per session
